We didn't write a policy promising not to store your files. We built a system that can't.

• RAM-only processing Documents are converted entirely in memory. The cache layer runs with persistence disabled — no snapshots, no disk writes, nothing to recover.
• Per-document isolation Each conversion runs in its own isolated process, destroyed immediately after use. No shared state between documents. PDFs are processed by a dedicated service with no access to your data or credentials.
• Nothing in logs or errors Document content is never written to application logs, error reports, or monitoring systems. Errors return generic codes only.
• Validated and sanitized Every file is verified by content analysis, not file extension. Output Markdown is sanitized before delivery. Malformed or malicious inputs are rejected before conversion begins.
